Hi , we bought  a 18 plate ranger February this year. Aprox 60000 miles from TRUSTFORD.It was on the road for 10 weeks and has been off the road since . Communication is so bad I’m at my wits end . Initially got a new turbo which took 3 weeks ! It didn’t make it home when collected . Same problem arose again , smoke from engine ! Apparently needed a new EGR coolant which was approved on warranty. I highlighted AA comments re near gasket which TRUSTFORD were not aware off. A sniff test was then carried out .Now it needs a new engine. Apparently warranty should cover this however 9 days later still waiting. I have emailed Ford , Ford experience and Ford warranty with limited response. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Re how to get heard .Thank you
