Ranger won’t start

Featured Replies

Had a starting problem with my ford ranger 2.2 2018 for 12 months. It starts when it’s cold (or left for about 30 minutes after driving), drives perfect until stopped and then won’t start again. Turn ignition and it won’t start, stalling or revving for a while and not starting. Wait half an hour and it starts. I have replaced the crank shaft sensor on advice from garage and the glow plug. I have replaced the fuel pump, checked fuses and relays, all working. Fuel sensor is working and there is fuel in the truck. Checked wiring and not corroded. No idea now what is causing it any advice would be appreciated.

The codes are P0674 and P0340 which relate to the glow plug and camshaft sensor I believe.
