Hi folks after some help. Shutter got stuck on the truck. I have had a look and can see the problem. The shutter is trying to thread itself in the wrong track its basically dropped. It appears there are some plastic supporting clips under each slat and the first two on one side have snapped causing it to drop. on the runner there is also a plastic strip that the shutter sits on with small cut outs that mark the graduations  as it opens, this has snapped and gone with the shutter which i suspect has snapped the clips.

 

So i have searched the web high and low but cannot seem to locate even a part or picture of the clips or the plastic strip. Any ideas on how I can source these.
