Mk7 1.4 And 1.6 Diesel Titanium

We are being encouraged to trade up our 58 reg 1.4 Diesel Titanium for a new 1.6 Titanium.

How much better is the 1.6 over the 1.4.

Any advice?

You really need to drive the 1.6 to find out for yourself.

I test drove the 1.25 & 1.4 petrol, and didn't notice much of a difference. I think the only time would be if the car has a few passengers that the extra cc's will help.

Why change tho, your car is only 2?

why are you being 'encourage' for what reason is the suggestion that the 1.6 is better for your needs over the 1.4?
