i experienced random unknown beeping in my car (one year old/18 000 km).

it begins random, it takes about 30 second

the car rides without problem before that, during and after as well

it comes from area of radiosystem panel, not from Speakers

you can listen it here (switch on your speaker):

Looks like you have got bomb in your car :)

Doesnt not sound like a parking sensors but a bit slower?

or it is an broken device installed by intelligence service, who knows? :)

seriously... authorised ford service has installeed new software for 3 modules (radio, A/C, bluetooth) to it, but without positive results.

i have no parking sensors.

No it not seatbelt warning that's more of a chime and does not go as long as what we can hear.

Thank you James, but I agree with Kevin. Seatbelts beeping is a little more different sound. I was having seatbelt fastened when that unknown beeping was happend.

Notice in your video's that the climate control is alway's on, does the noise dissappear when this it turned off. Doesn't the Titanium have a sensor for the climate control down behind the steering wheel near the centre console of the dash, like three small air vent type hole's. Could it be this or something linked to the climate/air con system, just as you are saying the noise doesn't start straight away

thank you,

yes, the climate control was always turned on. Once I turned it off during this beeping but sound continued.

There is so called snow flake for signalization of outside temperatures change (it is yelow color by minus 4 C degree or red color by 0 C degree) on the dash in one of the console behind the steering wheel. There is also a sound signal function when outside temperature goes under this level but it is only one single beep.

Sounds like feedback to me - do you have bluetooth fitted? maybe an issue there?

yes, i have got bluetoot installed in my car. Technically, I can connect a cell phone with my car but I don´t do it. None the less the beeping took place at the time the bluetoot device was turned off (I don´t use bluetoot conection with cell phone in my car. I see it impractical.) But I use separate GPS modul connected by bluetoot to PDA with navigation software. But this connection is independent of system in my car. The beeping was happend at a moment I was using this conection as well as in a moment i was not.

I have actually unplugged the battery in a hope it may help and the beep came out with the battery unplugged  :o) So I have turned the key to squeeze out some possibly remaining juice .. and the beep came out again .. What is this ?
