Graeme Smurf
Hi, after lending my car to the other half today, they have managed to loose the master key. After driving home with the spare and locking it using the key hole. I cant open the car now. Wondering if anyone has had the same problem. And what should I do now? Thanks in advance. AndrewL
You should definitely be able to unlock the drivers door using the non-remote key, it should be cut the same and will still have the same immobilizer chip in it. Will the key not turn in the lock? The barrel might be stiff as you've never used it before.
Graeme Smurf
The lights flash to acknowledge the key, but the doors are still locked.

Mark M.K
Has the doors been deadlocked? I found the spare key never seemed to unlock the door when it was deadlocked Edit: The handbook says to turn the key towards the rear of the car to unlock.
