7.5J * 17 Softline 7-Spoke Alloys For Mk7??

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have been considering changing the alloys on my MK7 2009 Sport Van......the alloys I would like are Ford 7.5J * 17" RS 7 Spoke Softline.....I am just a bit concerned they may catch??.........I did borrow a 7.5J * 17" Diamond cut alloy when the side wall went on one of my tyres and all I had in the boot was the compressor....that allow fitted fine and did not catch, but I did not drive the van hard due to being on a borrowed alloy...

Any info gladly received.

thanks

Fraser.

stock suspension ?

Where you sourcing them from? the hard cut ones are uber hard to come by, fair enough these are more common but I'm interested :)

I am looking at them on ebay, but they are from FordpartsUK.com, they are under the Escort section and in the alloy wheels -

it'll be fine. I had 17's on mine with a 50mm lowering and even with 5 people and a full boot I never had any trouble. admittedly, mine were 7j but .5 wont make a big enough difference to cause any rubbing etc.
