Dilip
I have a Ford Focus C-MAX 2004 (Petrol) Car. In my car the Engine Coolant Temperature goes to 90 degree after 5-10 minutes of driving. Want to know whether it’s ok or not? DD
Lez
that is fine for petrol... what can i say the fiesta hasn`t got a gauge for water temperature, and if the water level goes under the min, or even goes empty, there is no warning sign! my friend`s car died, just a stone in the cooling radiator, and all the water gone... :(
btmaldon
As above. 90 degrees is good. I think the thermostat doesnt open until mid 80's and as the system is pressurised they coolant does not boil until its over something like 120 degrees.
