Jay-herridge
hi, i have a 2001 focus and i am looking to remove the standard radio and replace it with a dvd headunit, however i am unsure of the size to buy, can anyone help me?? Hi, your best bet is to go for a Single Din radio/DVD unit with the role out screen, this will fit in easily with Small Facia adaptor (about £12-£15). I have seen cars that have mounted in a Double Din radio/DVD but this does require a fair amount of work! I suggest looking at the Alpine (IVA-D106) a very good unit with full i-pod control as well as a very good quality DVD picture, you will also find that you are able to add the new Alpine Imprint sounds proccessor which i have installed into a few vehicles and the sound is excellent. :D
