Hi,

My heater control dial does not seem to be Working. No matter where you turn the dial (windscreen, footwell etc) it continually stays on the footwell and does not change the air direction.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Cheers

theyre at the back of the consul and sounds like the wires have become unattached from the clips that hold them onto the unit or the flap at the foot of the unit..........( normally the standard problem with them )

Hi,

how do i remove / get behind the consul to check?? Ive put my hand around the back and found a small round cog that as you turn it the direction changes (screen to floor etc) so im guessing this is what the dial on the consul is supposed to be connected too.

Does this mean that the link between this part and the dial is the problem? Is this just a case of reconnecting the connecting cable? if so any insights into the easiest way to do it would be greatly appreciated

Cheers

Jon
