cressws1 Posted May 28, 2011 Share Posted May 28, 2011 As per my thread a few weeks ago I today had the catalytic converter replaced on my Focus. After lifting the bonnet to check the work I noticed the garage have not re-fitted the exhaust manifold heat shield! My questions are as follows: - Is it normal? Does the heat shield maybe not fit onto after market or OEM cat'? - Is its absence likely to have any negative effect on my car? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
