Antscott
Hi, I have a fiesta 1.25L zetec its done 77500 miles and is 13 years old. It had a full service 2 days a go. But today when the engine was cold when i was approaching lights or traffic when i hit the clutch and slowed right up it would cut out. Fired back up straight away it did this constantly until engine warmed up. Any ideas anyone?? Thanks
jmbrown91
My Fiesta does this too (is about the same age and mileage as yours aswell) Whenever I try to do say a turn in the road slowly as I'm turning the wheel it would just judder a bit and cut out..no idea what it is but would be interested to find out.. You're not alone my friend! :)
digidash
antscott, does it only do it when cold? if so i would try a temp sensor. a sparky can test yours but it will be cheaper to buy one and its easy to fit. DONT FIT WHEN ENGINE HOT you will get burned, regards steve
