I am trying to remove my rear bumper ,But the side bolts keep spinning so I need new ones,Ford are telling me that it hasnt got bolts there. If that the case what the hell am I undoing,I was following the post that was made ages ago about fitting a tow bar. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. Forgot to mention,It a 2000 ford focus ghia.
