Soon I'll be changing the front discs and pads on an 08 plate MK 2 Focus 1.6 TDCI.

Does anyone know the torque settings for the caliper and caliper carrier?

Cheers!! ;)

Wheel nut torque depends on what wheels and nuts are fitted:

Steel wheel nuts (gold nuts) 90 nm

Steel wheel nuts (silver nuts) 130 nm

1-piece alloy wheel nut for alloy wheels and 5-spoke steel wheel 130 nm

1-piece alloy wheel locking nut 130 nm

2-piece alloy wheel nut with conical washer 110 nm

2-piece alloy wheel locking nut with conical washer 110 nm

Thanks Jay!! Top man ;)

I'm gonna get new tyres fitted all round ready for the winter so thought I'd do the front discs and pads too.

The car seems to be suffering from slightly warped discs, only now getting round to sorting it.
