Help With Fitting Door Speakers

Hi everyone, Im new to the site so bare with me! I recently bought some 13 inch Speakers to fit in my car (2005 Fiesta) and because I didn't want to pay a ridiculous £50 to have them fitted, i figured id so some research and fit them myself. problem is i cant find any decent walkthroughs. the guy in the shop told me i don't need any adaptors or anything... but i can't even get the door panel off let alone fit and wire up the Speakers! If anyone could give me a step by step (idiot proof!) guide, or link me to one, id be very grateful!

If the door panels are anything like the rear panels - then undo the screws and pull- hard
