Stoney871
By changing colour do you mean adding gel overlays or the nifty LED light some of us have done?
Sharna
gel overlays
Stoney871
Best way to do them is warm the overlays with a hair dryer to make them more sticky / flexible and stick over cleaned badges while still on the car. If you can't get to the car with a hair dryer you could try putting the badges in a sealed bag and sitting them in hot (not boiling) water to warm them by the car. Just an idea anyway. Stoney871
Do you mean where the badges have a bit of a lip between the blue oval and the silver rim? The badges from a mk2 focus are like that , they are 14.5 by 5.6 cm.
Sharna
erm cause the old badges are 2 parts. & the new ones are just one.

Bigdaddycain
The old way of changing the ORIGINAL all plastic one piece badge was to sand off the blue from the back of the badge (the badge then became transparent) Then spray the rear of the badge whatever colour you fancied, lo and behold, coloured Ford badge! The badges then changed (1999?) To the type of badges we know have, so the sanding the blue off trick went out of the window... Luckily DMB graphics have remedided us HAVING to have blue ford badges on the later type Ford ovals... B)
