Garyc110 Posted April 22, 2012 Share Posted April 22, 2012 I have 08 1.8 diesel galaxy with stiff steering. The AA man said its the rack but the man in garage said pump. New pump on and it's still the same. He said there is nothing wrong with the rack and is reluctant to put one on. Has anyone had this problem? gregers Posted April 22, 2012 Share Posted April 22, 2012 well the smax has a few very similar problems like what you are having,and apparently there are tsb's on the subject aswell(smax),i havnt seen much info on the mk3 problems specifically,but maybe a call to the main dealer is in order to see what they say on the matter??
