Hi all.

So the time has come that I need to get new tyres. I though as i have to do this and I need all 4 ill see if theres a better one.

Right now I have the Hankook ones, they have to be the extra load ones and take 500kg as its for a van. They seem fine (I don't really know :P ).

So what have you all got on yours? What would you recommend as a good tyre?

Has to be £50/£60!

Thanks!

They sound like same alloys as mine so should be 195/45r16

I have the 17" street pack alloys and have Nankang NS2's. They where about £50 a corner. I have had these before on a few cars and rate them highly for the price they're excellent. Good dry and wet grip. On a 1.6tdci 90hp fiesta I don't see any reason to pay £100+ for a high performance tyre. I've had Kuhmo in the past and think they're good too, just these were a better price at the time.

The factory fitted bridgestones are very good but on the pricy side, when i get my new alloys im getting a set of yokohama prada spec2, lots of good things said about these plus they are good value at £70

Ive just had a look on my tyre suppliers website and it looks like the dont make the yokohama prada in that size, but they do make the Sdrive, still a really good tyre though, if you aim for around £80 or less fitted then u are getting a good price
