Mk6 Fiesta Wont Start After Auxiliary Belt Snap

Hello,

On saturday my 2003 ford fiesta zetec 1.4 petrol broke down on me, the auxiliary belt had snapped this was replaced but then the engine will not start its turning over just not kicking in i have replaced the spark plugs and the HT leads and coil but still nothing. it might kick in for about 2 seconds but it sounds really deep (like a diesel) i plugged a diagnostic kit into it and it came up with crankshaft sensor but i have now replaced that and still diesnt work! any suggestions? PLEASE HELP ME!!

not that i know of, as far as i know its just snapped and come straight off, where abouts is the timing belt located?

It's driven off a pulley behind the aux belt. It's covered in so you won't be able to see it.

It has been known for aux belts to come off and snag the timing and wipe it put or cause it to jump a few teeth.
