duffs Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 hi, car id Ford Fusion 1.4 TDCi 2004 getting a lot of air over night in the fuel system, can pump it out with the manual pump, all the pipes seem ok, does anyone know if there is a non-return valve in the pipelines ? The Weird One Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 I had this problem with mine, it turned out that the air was been let in by a leaking injector seal.
