Stoney871 Posted December 5, 2012 Share Posted December 5, 2012 Big end bearing cap bolts- Stage 1- 27nm Stage 2- angle tighten a further 60 degrees Stage 3- angle tighten a further 20 degrees Cylinder head bolts- Stage 1- 20nm Stage 2- 54nm Stage 3- angle tighten a further 90 degrees Stage 4- Short bolts- angle tighten a further 70 degrees Long bolts- angle tighten a further 90 degrees Cylinder head cover bolts- 5nm Crankshaft pulley bolts- Stage 1- 100nm Stage 2- angle tighten a further 180 degrees Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
