Fusion 2007 Tdci - Heater And Wing Mirror Issues

Hi All

Had this fusion since May 2012 everything fine until now. The heater will only blow cold air and the electric wing mirror motor makes clicking sounds when closed.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated, many thanks.
