    It's only endorsed by Sony. They are made by visteon or something same as the standard one.

    The heating controls etc have vanished as this is a retofit and the car didn't come with sync2 it's a 13 plate Kuga. 

    I have found a guy in the usa who can program and retro fit almost anything to the sync 2 system ie ford's backup camera, lane keep assist, nav etc.

     

    I am sending my head united over to him to be configured and when we'll see.

    OK, My  Sync 2 Unit has returned and been installed on my kuga Nav heating controls all working park assist working. I even installed the Factory revering camera.

    Regarding the Sony side of things, the speakers fitted are Sony ones because they're made of better materials and not paper.

    In the USA they are blessed with a Sony control panel as well.

    Too bad it isn´t availible in europe. Looks much better with the sony panel.
