refdt
Hi all. Don't ask me why but when I got to work at the crack of dawn this morning for some reason I decided to have a quick look under the bonnet and I found a plug that wasn't connected. I have a focus 1.6 tdci and it is to the right of the engine just above the temperature sensor looks like it is on top of a silver canister with a black lid/cover and is only a small plug/connector so I plugged it back in. My question is can anyone tell me what this is for and would it of done any damage to the engine not been connected. Thanks simon
jeebowhite
could it be a plug for the fog's? or possibly a parking sensor wire? ideally a picture would help a lot more...
refdt
If you look at the pictures I have taken the connector which came of is on top of the silver canister. I had another good look and the cable is connected to the grey plug which is abive on the picture and I think this had something to do with the dpf but not really sure.
