Rear Wheel Bearings

I have changed the rear wheel bearings on my escort 2000 reg on numerous occasions and after about 2 months the bearings are worn down and need changed would the spindal or even the housing need to be changed for this problem to be stopped any advice would be helpfull

housing may well need to be changed, but I am afraid I am no expert on the escorts.

Moving to the escort forum, hopefully someone more knowledgeable can help.

The first thing that springs to mind without any disrespect to yourself, I have no idea what your mechanical background or knowledge is but are they being fitted correctly?

Yeh they are all fitted correctly as was machanic that done it they wer fine untill about a week ago wen they were loud then quiet when turning typical bearings away but how would i change the bearjngs from wearing down as quick next time

A friend of mine had the same problem on his saxo, it was the stub axle that was shot I'd get that checked

As above, sounds like the hub is bent causing excess wear
