Hi all,

Im looking at buying a 2010 Fiesta 1.4 TDCi Titanium X? Could anyone enlighten me on what the pack includes?

Also do the 1.4 TDCi's have much difference over the 1.6 TDCi's other than the engine?

Cheers.

As far as I know the Titanium X spec is only available from 2013 onwards (MK7.5/facelift).

There is a fair bit of difference between 1.4 and 1.6 IMO, 20 bhp I think? Might not sound a lot, but 1.4 feels a bit dead once you have tried a 1.6.

Thanks for the reply, this leaves me a little confused in that case. Here is the car:

I meant cosmetically, is there much difference between them.

Unless it is an import/EU model, that looks like someone has just stuck an X on.

The alloys are pre mid 2010, like my old Fiesta Titanium.

Titanium X has been available since at least mid 2011 when I was buying my Zetec S.

Basically, premium sound system, half leather seats, cruise control; may have keyless entry and start (can't quite remember off the top of my head) and think it comes with rear privacy glass as standard. Some have full leather as it was about £450 to upgrade.

I'd imagine the spec of the current ones are the spec of the prefacelift's, maybe just without the LED running lights.

It could just be me but that X looks like a Halfords job :p doesn't look lined up properly. Type the reg or vin into ford etis and it will tell you everything you need to know about the car

Even more strange, that reg doesn't exist on Ford's Etis database.....

I noticed that too, but there are a couple of reasons that I can think of so that it doesn't show up on ETIS :-

1. It previously had a "cherished" number plate on it.

2. It was originally on the Channel Isles/Isle of Man.

If the car was never serviced at a Ford dealer then maybe that wouldn't trigger an entry on ETIS either.

Im guessing I should avoid purchasing this car then? Its all good in the hood as far as the DVLA are concerned, and the dealership does say it comes with a ford service history, but im slightly concerned that its not coming up with you guys.

Ford did have a limited run of Titanium X original MK7's, which came with full leather, the 17 inch street pack alloys and keyless entry/start, but I think they're quite rare.

That car has standard titanium wheels and the 'X' does look like its been stuck on, sorry!

jimrex is right, they did do a Titanium X around 2009, this is almost certainly not one of them.
