Hello mate i'm tyre fitter and work with all brands i had AVON and hated them.

If you go for mid range tyre go for the best ones like HANKOOK absolutely brilliant!

    I love Avon.

    Currently on ZZ3's but will get ZV5's on the next change as the ZZ3's were discontinued.

    I find them very grippy and tough.

    My local tyre specialist highly recommend Avon and I'm very impressed great lateral grip aswell,

    Suppose it all depends in what you want them for and expect from driving,

    If i was in a drift car i wouldn't use Avon ZZ5 as there too grippy,

    Each to there own

    I had Avon zv5 on my car and i find the quite slippy :/

    Have currently Michelin Primacy 3 on and they proper stick to the floor :)

    going to get 4 goodyear grip performance in next couple of weeks was recommended by members on other ford site cant say fairier than that

    I have bought Avon tyres from National Tyres  just 3 years ago and they are showing cracks between the tread already.
