Dont touch anything supplied by techniclutch !!!!!

Their stuff is inferior and they dont refund or replace faulty items, and dont reply to emails or calls.

I have heard loads of complaints about them on several forums.

No problem. I wouldnt want anyone to lose money because of them. On other ford forums there have been members who have been let down by this company. After further research from other members it seems that they went out of business and then restarted again due to bad trading.

There has been mention by some groups about going round to the business personaly with regards to getting money, or, in some cases due to the amount they have lost a litle more heavy handed approach  dont think that will happen though. :whistling:

Your probably safer going to somewhere like europarts and buying all the stuff you need off them.

when you starter packs up then you know its time

if you get a full list exactly of what you need, you can get it all priced up ready for the time you need it. It will probably be advisable to get the whole lot replaced while the geabox is off, that way you dont have to pay the labour charges of taking off and refitting the gearbox at a later date if something else goes.

Sometimes its better to go to a garage to get it done by them(definitely not a main dealer as that will need a mortgage. Yes its more expensive but you should have some sort of gaurantee.

If you buy the parts from one place and get another place to fit it, if something breaks you have hell on trying to get it fixed as the parts supplier blames the garage and the garage blames the parts

And on that note, also avoid Transmech - you will find that rubbish at euro car parts

Transmech are supplied by Euro car parts

Euro car parts are generally ok - but stick to brands you know
