hey new to the forum! bought a focus 05 Zetec a few days ago and loving it.

got a bit of extra cash to spare on a new system but mainly looking around for SATNAV and android compatibility.

I saw Appradio2 and seems like a great buy however there are few limitations for an enthusiasts in techi stuff.

i saw this one here : http://goo.gl/bPgcD

it has what I want but not sure if this will be compatible for a ford focus 05.

does anyone know the dimensions or anything of the original cd6000?

It will fit but you require the radio specific loom adaptor, aerial adaptor, control stalk interface and a radio fascia to match the radio shape.

Should be this kit as the listing for the radio you're looking at says it is a Panasonic board but check first to be sure.

Quite a few fit a Panasonic system, have a look at Halfords for decent kit and note the prices then search eBay for them and save money.

Look out for systems running Windows CE as they're sluggish.

I'd personally go for any unit from Panasonic, Kenwood, Sony or JVC.

Some of the Chinese stuff is junk tbh.
