Wired it up a slightly different route than the guide. Spliced into LED Tail lights for the brake light (Red) and my dual reverse for reverse light (White) and earth/negative (black). Cheaper than eBay by a tenner, but I'm not impressed after my first experience of using them. Ordered on the 4th of March and preconfirmed they had stock. Didn't here anything for nearly a week, order status continuously said awaiting stock. Called to check what was going on as money had already left my account. Was told they were out of stock so had to order direct from Ford. So I asked why had there been zero communication. A simple email would have sufficed, saying "sorry for delay we are ordering direct from Ford, so your order may take a little longer". Called again late Tuesday afternoon this week, was told it has arrived and will be shipped out same day. Again no communication and status update not reflecting this change. Sent via parcelforce 48 so should have arrived yesterday. Waited in for it, nothing. Checked online, "Delivery attempted at 12.40". Horsebull. No parcelforce van turned up and no "sorry you were not in card left". So I phoned my local depot who said they would check the GPS status of the driver at the time. What a suprise no GPS data available. Arranged to collect the package from my local depot yesterday evening. After an hour of rush hour traffic, get to the depot: "oh sorry the driver tried to make it easier for you and redelivered the package to your nearest post office." Seriously, was livid having driven down there to find its not actually there. Finally picked it up today.
