Custom Rear Focus Diffuser

Guys,

I really liked the look of the RS rear diffuser and couldnt find one and was told the RS one wont fit the ST bumper so had a think about what i could do.

I then purchased a 2nd ST rear diffuser and cut out bits so that when placing 2 together it would create an RS look diffuser.

Now whilst creating it things were going to plan until Friday last week when i went to put it on and the paint underneath had gone soft and it ruined the finish so I had to strip off all the paint and start again. So I pretty much had to do a rush job with work/fasting commitments and this is what I have ended up with.

I quite fancy my Zetec S diffuser in gloss RS black :)

yep, tiger sealed them together and then used a black fibreglass type product

wanted some deeper fins but silly priced ones on eBay

Is the rs gloss black on the genuine rs grills etc flat black gloss or metallic???? I've had mine done in flat black and I'm not sure it looks quite right

all my grills have been painted in vw diamond metallic black. the RS spoiler/diffuser are gloss black.
