maccaman Posted August 12, 2013 Share Posted August 12, 2013 im putting this up in a vein plea for your help folks in the early hours of sunday morning my cherished car was stolen from outside my house id only fetched it home as it was enterd in to the ford fair 2013 event usually kept in secure storage its a 1969 for escort mk1 reg no sum 691g restored to show standard in olympic blue 1300e wings fitted 1300 e wheels alot of hard work gone into a 13 year resto stolen from barnsley south yorks police dont reckon ill see it again as i found the no plates near to where it was parked to say am gutted is an understatement the car was my first ever car in the early 80s i bought it back in 2000 and just finished restoring it its got the origonal 1100 motor in it any info pls help i kan offer a good reward for any info leading to the return of vehicle or for the arrest of the scumbag that stole my mk1 any info treated in total descretion thnks for taking the time to read kind regards jon Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Which lets be honest, will ever replace what you have lost. Send them as many in depth photos of the restoration if you have them and receipts etc to try ad prove what you have invested. Its sad to think that there are scum out there who go to shows just to see what they can/will steal! I hate to bring it up but you never know, maybe you spoke to them at some point and just don't know it. I do hope it is returned to you in the condition it left. I really hope you find your car asap and in one piece mate. Someone tried to do my house twice when I had the Scooby but luckily they were too stupid to actually get in and my last car was done when I accidently forgot to lock it one night when the coppers caught him the little !Removed! said I deserved it cause Ididn't lock it like I forced his grubby little hands to try the door!
