But today I've noticed the rear child lock on one of the sites is broken and I've got 2 small kids. Should I get them to fix it? Is it s difficult job? Stoney871 Posted September 30, 2013 Share Posted September 30, 2013 I take it as read that you mean that when you turn the child lock screw with your key tip the lock does not engage? It may well need a new lock as the child lock is integral to the unit. It is a safety device so tbh they should fix it or at least subsidise the cost of a replacement unit and fitting.
