alz Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 had this happen to my focus, it was the bonnet lock, pulled off the the two pin wiring plug and put a paper clip in it, it stoped the light from coming on, i am just waiting for a new bonnet lock, but for now it fine as it is.. The car says the doors open right? which door does it say is open? the trip computer window should say passenger, or rear passenger, driver or rear driver or boot / bonnet? Does it say any of these? jeebowhite Posted October 15, 2013 Share Posted October 15, 2013 in that case it could be any door, or it could be bonnet or boot... you could waste a lot of time on it just replacing one or the other., Best bet here is to get an auto electrician on the case and track down the door.
