hazzi
my ka keeps leaking into the passagngers footwell dont no where its coming from. its an 04 plate. the garage blamed it on the gromit but is definatly not that as its all been sealed and it still leaks? anyone with any ideas? is this a common problem? and advice appreciated! thanks harriet
SierraYankee99
Its a common fault on other Fords so I can only assume it is on the Ka as well. On the focus and mondeo its the scuttle panel that needs sealing over the pollen filter.
delboy
try removing the seal plate that runs along the seal you may have a broken water pipe that goes to the rear wash wipe. sometimes the joint comes apart or on the galaxy it does so it maybe the same on the ka. also clear the scuttle drains out as they get bolcked with leaves etc

mintalkin
passenger footwell leakes are often caused by the pollen filter seal along the windscreen letting water through see below to where the filter is located. http://www.puravent.co.uk/filters/display_...∂=M2103
