Well I was impressed with the workmanship at Shades, they were very busy I was the 8th car today and whilst there 3 more cars turned up, including a brand new lexus whos owner was a regular guy and always had his cars done by them. I went for 60% tint which looks good, Max is out driving it atm so hopefully I can get some photos of it before it gets dark - but hey knowing him he will be off on one of his marathon trips to get milk and returns 5 hours later lol.

Anyway took less than an hour for all 3 windows, from the inside you cannot see no edges of film at all. One of the cars they were doing they had actually had the windows all taken out and done, but I didnt want to risk my warranty with anything that dramatic lol.

Im sure thats what it does, thats where i first noticed it, but i will look for sure when i next go there and post up my finds, also do you know as you are going to the a13, if you get to the roundabout where you go right for tht a13 or straight over for the haywaine and fobbing , well if you go to indicate right to go a13 just before you get to roundabout, then as soon as you go into the roundabout the indicator turns off, everytime it does it and i have to reaply indicator, and thats just to much effort! lol but on a serious note it just shouldnt do it, we didnt buy these cars and expect them to have faults on them. And ye it did feel strange being in same car but different lol i really like the blue interior, thats first one ive seen in the flesh.

Does anyone know whether the privacy glass offers UV protection like Citroen?

Anyone had experience of the sun blinds that Ford offer?

I would doubt that privacy glass provides any more protection from UV than plain glass does. Remember that glass is extremely effective at screening out UV anyway, you're extremely unlikely to burn through car windows for example.
