My Ford Focus Glow Light

hi there my ford focus 1.8 tdci glow light on dashboard only stays on for less than 1 sec and struggles to start do the glow plugs need changing or is it something else.ive been quoted £200 from a dealer can I do it myself .any help would be appreciated

turn it on, count to five after the light goes out and start the car. Its something another member recently discussed on the forum.
