Hi folks,

My name is John and I've recently taken ownership of a Ford Focus mk2 1.8 tdci courtesy of my better half (she bought a new Mondeo). It's a 2007 with about 46-47k on the clock.

I'll be starting a project thread just now, but the car is fairly standard (in my hands that might change!). Just thought I'd say hello, but I'll leave it at that and put more detail in the project thread.

Thanks for looking,

John.

They are indeed. Not very practical for cleaning like a 5 spoke, but they look nice :)

I have phase 1 st225 alloys ,which aren't too bad but a huge RIM, miles better than my stock titanium multi spoke rims.

Yeah the ST wheels are nice. There's some nice Ford 18" wheels going about but I've never seen a decent set for sale up in Scotland.

I was kind of lucky for these ST225 alloys, as they were in good condition, not damaged, cheaper than eBay rubbish & locally situated from me. Its due for respray, either ginmeti grey or anthracite.

Thanks Martyn.

Gunmetal is nice. I'd considered doing mine that colour as one wheel has a small kerb (missus lol).
