Cleaning A Black Fiesta Zetec S

I pick up a black 09 fiesta zetec s on Monday and just what to know the best polish and wax to use by hand . There might be a few light scratches if that makes any difference on what Polish or wax to use . At the moment I have Meguiars ultimate polish with a cheap simoniz wax . I am new to the detailing thing so can you put it in English please lol

when you wash use snowfoam and a wash mitt , when you dry use a towel then use a clay bar to remove any contaminants on the paint then id wash again then maybe super resin polish or ultra deep shine which is good for darker coloured cars

Try Poorboys Blackhole polish it's designed for dark coloured cars and fills in light swirl marks etc, it's easy to put on and remove too. Then use either a wax or chemical sealant such as Autoglym extra gloss protection on top to seal the Blackhole polish in. Both are easy to buy on eBay or retailers etc.

Or as Martyn said you can't really go wrong with super resin polish, both offer really good results.
