old cruiser Posted April 30, 2009 Share Posted April 30, 2009 Anyone had trouble with their 3-button keyfob coming apart, happened a couple of times to my missus ,go to pull key out of ignition and shaft part of key is left in ignition and button part in hand, what a state to get into, yet another useless thing from FORD!! poohbear Posted May 1, 2009 Share Posted May 1, 2009 Is the car still in warranty? If so I would take the key back. My key fob is fine but I would expect it to be after only having the car 2 months!
