rear wheel problem

i am new to this and i have got a fiesta zetec 1.4 2008 model. The problem is whenever i drive over any speed ramps or even the slightest of uneven road there is a loud squeaking noise coming from the rear wheel. Also when i shake the wheel i can hear this noise aswell. It has been in fords several times but all they ever do is spray all around the wheel area with lubricant. The noise does go but within a couple of days the noise is back. If anyone has got any ideas what it could be and advise me on what to do i would be grateful for your help. Thanks
