Is Camber Adjustable On A Standard Mk6 Fiesta?

I'm curious because I didn't think it is adjustable but I'm sure I've seen the measurements being adjusted at ATS when they sorted out my wheel alignment with the computerised readings.

A a garage can adjust it yes, its like a bolt in an elongated slot i believe every car has this so they wheels can be dead straight or within tolerance you cannot put loads of camber on them like a drift car lol, just enough to get the measurement perfect im fairly sure its around 3-4mm movement on both sides from what i remember when i had mine readjusted

You are confusing camber, the angle of the front struts to the verticle, or how much they lean in or out at the top of the wheel with toe in or toe out, the angle of the wheels in paralell with each other. This what the tyre shop adjust to stop the tyres rom scrubbing and to keep the car driving in a straight line and the steering to self cancel.

ooo right my bad, then standard struts wont have camber adjustments only high end coilovers right? in question to the O.P

No. I doubt whether there are any adjustable camber structs, standard or coilover on the market for a road going Fiesta.

Altering the camber will severly alter the road holding and handling of the car and is a specialised subject. OK for racing cars to set it up for particular tracks but not for the road.

Again I'd have to ask, why would you want to do it.? It would be like altering your tracking, toe in or out so that your tyres wear out on the inside or outside edge and making the car harder to steer.

Fords used to make an adjustable top mount, the part that the strut fits into for their race and rally escorts, but you need specialised guages and equipment to set the angles up.

Manufacturers spend a lot of money getting these things right an the only one that is adjustable is the tracking, toei n or toe out.

Only option is to take a drill to it. Not recommended I'd say.

I understand the difference between toe in / toe out, camber and caster :) The reason for my query is that when I have taken my car to ATS in the past for a computerised adjustment with the printouts, I have seen the measurement pointers move for the camber readings after they adjusted the toe measurements. But as I thought, I didn't think the camber could be adjusted on a standard Fiesta like mine.
