TheRookie
I had exactly the same problem today in my CC and it was blown fuse 109. I don't think the fuse is the same in MY2002 so check car's user manual. There is a collection of US user guides here: http://www.focusplanet.com/#Focus%20Owners%20Manual If US guid is to be trusted then it is fuse 47 (20A). TheRookie
The US manual says it is under steering wheel but they got it in wrong place anyway so I guess it is under the glove box.

Stoney871
On the MK1/MK1.5 Focus the footwell fuse board is behind the glovebox. Open the glovebox and remove everything in it then pupp the sides inwards so the glovebox hinges down. You will see the fuseboard behind the panel. It should be fuse 47. Stoney871
I added two extra sockets in my MK2 when I did a centre console upgrade. You may well find a piggyback wire between the rear socket and the dash mounted one or it may be wired directly to the fuse panel.
Gazst170
My focus mk1 face lift has 2 sockets the one in the back seems to be in the same place as yours just near the hand brake facing the back seats. Presume it was standard. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Ford OC mobile app
