Is There A Tool To Remove The Rear Lights (2013 Focus Hatch)

Is there a tool that i can use to remove the rear light clusters on my focus

I can only just get my hand in to undo the bottom plastic screw thing, but i cant get my hand in to remove the top one,

they have slots on them so i thought hmm there must be a tool to undo these easily

    its worth noting thats another leak area those fittings for the light will leak eventually ford just never learn

    do you know what i mean when i say it looks like there should be a little tool that fits that slot etc arrangement :-)
