JC600
Put the battery on charge yesterday, and re-routed the fuel pipe so the filter sits horizontal, so the fuel doesn't drain back, making it easier to start. Today, my Dad is coming over to help wire a remote fan switch and hopefully we will get the engine all timed up. And if we have time we will pre fit the front bib and rear spoiler. :)
Danthorpe1983
Fordpartsrus(2156) search this user on eBay mate they have loads of mk3 and mk4 escort parts and prices are fair and reasonable
JC600
Well managed to get the remote fan switch wired up and working. :) Blank from dash. Cut out centre and switch fitted. Mounted in dash. Cables piggy backed off fan temp switch. Gave the battery tray a couple of coats of stone chip to protect it. Also re sprayed the speaker covers satin black, as didn't like them in gloss. Also gave the battery clamps a blow over. That's a few more jobs off the list.

Then we'll get it all build up at the unit and mot'd. :D
