the front splitter is manufactured by TripleRcomposites

Costs 120 pounds including delivery and last i heard theres an 8 week waiting time as there flat out making them

Oh btw do you know how they fit on? Any drilling holes or does it fit on to the existing bumper?

Fitting process is very simple thanks to the design,

If you look under the ZetecS front lip you will see a plastic rivet in the very centre of the car,

Remove this Rivet,

You will see the TripleRcomposites front lip has a centre spine with a pre-drilled hole,

This likes up with the existing centre hole from the plastic rivet,

The kit comes supplied with Stainless Steel nuts and bolts for easy fitting aswell,

There are pre-drilled holes on either end of the lip aswell

Once you get the centre one bolted it,

Just drill through the front lip using the pre-drilled holes in the splitter as a template,

They dont sit too low even when the cars been lowerd on ford approved eibach springs,

But mine did get a few little scuffs,

However on a dry dat, i masked up the front of the car with bin liners and tape,

Leaving just the chipped edge exposed and put a shhet of cardboard on the ground,

Sprayed over the chips, looks like new,

Would the ST exhaust fit straight onto the zetec s 1.8 petrol?

im in Ireland, zetecS wasnt an option over here so i had to import the bits and create my own has full zetecS spec now,

Its a 1.6TDCi

The st exhaust doesnt fit due to the tyre well, you need a custom fit duplex,

Fits on to the ST exhaust mounts though see below kit i bought from piper performance

Clear rear fog light with dual reverse

Paint calipers and wheel spacer sections,

Relocate aerial to rear shark fin type

Duplex exhaust dual exit,

best option there is find a titanium spec thats breaking and buy the complete hub from either side,

Or fin( them selling on ebay, ive still got the drums on mine,
