Metal On Metal Squeaking Noise

I have a loud metal on metal squeaking noise coming from what i think is the front right wheel when i turn right and occasionally when going in a straight line at low speed.

I've no idea what it could be. I started by thinking it was the breaks bedding in as it only started after I changed my pads and discs on the front but i dont think so now.

any ideas?!!?

    It's possibly the splash guard at the back of the disc not being funny but is the disc on straight you can get debri on the hub where it sits that throws it a bit !Removed! eyed and might be rubbing on the splash guard .
