loss of power

i've got a 2.0 tdci and i'm experiencing a loss of power in low gears, my revs are really struggling at times. it's as though the cars not getting enough fuel. has anybody else had these problems? any help at all would be appreciated.

as your car got an electronic accellerator pedal,,if it as, it could need changing,, the same type of thing happend to my sons 1999 focus,, a new electronic accellerator pedal fixed it..

could be a blocked fuel filter or an air leak on a vacume pipe do you get any black smoke?

it sounds like the egr valve is stuck open slightley try blanking off the egr valve and see what happens
