How did you get tobthe wiring loom? What parts did you remove?

I brought a lux pack 1 rs wiring loom dash . Should have large blue connector. Then I removed the dash using jw's guide. The took old wiring out and put new on in. It's hard to do. Very hard but you would get there in the end.

Not sure I fancy removing my dash at all.

I did some digging today and I am still unsure to say where the module should be assuming I don't have it but I did find some interesting things.

I found the "halogen jumper" and I didn't find any of the sensor wiring undering the cabin of the car... strange... will need to compare wiring a bit more from the schamatics

On mine the place I put the module is just under the headlight switch behing that panel. The wire reaches like it's meant to be there. I would get you a pic but as you know my pride and joy is I'll. Having them stupid light etc on.. O and I need to know how to put headlight washers on. I'm completely lost on them. Also your are best putting the sensors in first then the headlight module.

Keep getting error. Can you tell me what your sensors look like?

I don't have the sensors yet I'm trying to do all the wiring first.

I took the bumper off when doing washers but it is possible to do it with the bumpers on for an mk2.5 not sure about mk2.

To remove the front bumper you need to undo both under tray small one and larger one.

Under the wheel arches there are two screws that needs removing on either side. You don't have to take off the wheel arches completely just the front side and peel it back to get to the bumper screws.

Although it is easier with the wheels off it can be done wuthout. There is one screw in the middle of the bumper under the under tray.

Remove the screws from the panels around the bonnet lock then remove the lock. You can then lift the bumper off the clips. Remember to support your bonnet lock so it doesn't fall out take care.

Washers then clip onto the frame under the headlight you will see the clip holes directly under the headlights on the frame.

On that same frame going across the front of the car (I believe its the upper front cross member) there are clips on the inside for the hose coming from where the washer bottle is beside other wires.

Have you activated the sensors and "hid" function with elm? What error codes are you getting

Errors are no sensors. But i tried putting them on but turns out I'm missing some bracket that goes on there

Post up some pics when your doing it bro it would be helpful. I plan to buy the sensors from ford with the fittings abd brackets.

Where is jw guide on how to remove the dash? I can't find it
