Drivers Door Locked And Now Wont Unlock

hi all.....my CL fob doesnt work so i have to unlock n lock car via key. Today when i got out i accidently locked the drivers door while passenger door was open, usually the doors wont lock unless both passenger and drivers doors are shut...today my divers door wont unlock. Ive tried locking and unlocking via passenger, it wont unlock any doors so ive to climb through boot to open back doors...whats happened and how can i fix it while door locked??
